Getting started with your translation
Once you've reached our translation platform, you will be asked to click Get Started.
Select the language your document is in
You will be asked to select the language your document is in. Please click on the language from the list of options available.
Type of certification
In this section, you will be asked to choose the type of certification you want for your document translation.
If you need translated documents for Government Departments, Banks, Insurance companies or Immigration, you will need NAATI translations.
Select the type of service you want
In this section, you will be asked to select the type of translation service you would like. Please refer to our pricing section for the differences between options.
Documents to be translated
Locate and select the documents you need translated.
Identity Verification
We need to know it's really you so you'll be asked to enter your details.
Enter the code sent to your email address
A code will be sent to the email address you entered to verify it's really you.
Upload your original documents
Once your identity has been confirmed by entering the code, you will be taken to a page to upload the documents you need translated.
All file formats are accepted.
Review your Translations Order
Once you've uploaded your documents, you will be asked to review your order and if it looks correct, continue to checkout.
Checkout
Finally, make your payment and you're all set. Your translated documents will be returned within 48 hours.
