My Story

Chris boasts over 20 years of experience in managing IT, Operations and Support. Now solely focused on the technical side of The Hello Co., he manages the many new products and client solutions that the business offers, while simultaneously keeping the IT side of The Hello Co. running smoothly.

 


 

Experience

Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the management of IT, Operations and Support incorporating channel management, customer and account management, and technical services management.

Chris has extensive experience in technology managed services delivery. He has provided technical engineering and development services to major blue-chip companies such as Telstra and Motorola.

Chris's responsibility within The Hello Co. is to manage Technical and Service Operations. This includes client support/helpdesk and incidents, crisis management and BCP/DR. He also works on transitioning new clients to The Hello Co., ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems and processes.
